By using the website and ordering from LAMVI you agree to the terms below. If languages conflict, the Vietnamese version prevails.
Scope
- The website sells handmade dó-paper lanterns and related services (QR gift cards, lantern journey videos). We deliver within Vietnam only; payments are in VND.
Account
- You need an account to order. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity under your account.
- LAMVI may lock accounts that breach these terms or show signs of fraud.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in VND and include VAT. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you confirm.
- An order is recorded once you complete payment (or choose COD). LAMVI may refuse or cancel an order for stock-outs, price errors caused by display faults or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount collected.
Gift messages and your content
- You are responsible for the text, voice and video in your gift message and must not infringe the law or others’ rights.
- Voice and video are deleted automatically within the period stated in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
- Content, images, design and the LAMVI brand belong to LAMVI or its licensors. Do not copy or use them commercially without written consent.
Liability and disputes
- LAMVI works to keep the site available but it may be paused for maintenance or events beyond our control.
- Disputes are first resolved by negotiation; otherwise before the competent authority under Vietnamese law.
