Shipping policy

LAMVI packs and ships lanterns through a carrier. This page covers fees, areas and order stages.
Delivery area
- Within Vietnam. We do not ship internationally yet.
- Choose the address from the current administrative list (province/city, ward/commune) at checkout.
Shipping fee
- Flat 30,000 ₫ nationwide. Free when the subtotal after discounts is 1,000,000 ₫ or more.
- The fee and threshold are shown at checkout before you confirm; the amount shown when you order applies to that order.
Delivery time
- Lanterns are made and packed by hand, so they need preparation time before dispatch. Please contact LAMVI for the estimated delivery time of your order.
- Track your order stages (confirmed, in production, packed, shipped, delivered) under Account → Orders.
Receiving your order
- Please check the parcel on arrival. If a lantern is broken or damaged, record a continuous unboxing video and send a request under the Returns policy within 7 days of delivery.
- Failed delivery or refusal: LAMVI contacts the buyer to rearrange.
Gifts
- You may choose a recipient other than yourself. Orders delivered to someone else cannot use cash on delivery.
